While the line didn’t receive any major physical overhauls for the late 2020 edition, the inclusion of Apple’s ARM-based M1 processor lifts the lightest MacBook to new heights. The new MacBook Air with Apple’s custom M1 chip looks a whole lot like the old MacBook Air, but looks can be deceiving.
